We Are Now Working With Media.net

Media.net being the Yahoo Bing Alliance is one of the largest potential advertising networks on the market they are the combination of what Yahoo and Bing made and it contains a large pool of advertisers this means that our main website will now be using Adsense which is from Google and Media.net from the Yahoo Bing Alliance. We will not be replacing these in the near future and are very glad to have the chance to work with these companies the only this we would even consider is making a background or wallpaper advertisement or we will just us an image that we find cool as the background.

Now this means that only our main website will be using them our Blogger websites do not qualify to be in Media.net but they will continue to use Adsense but the units are going to be shifting locations real soon to higher performing locations. We are also going to update the website theme for this Blogger blog soon as we start producing more content for you to read but as it stands we don’t have enough content for us to make the change we want to.

Media.net is a contextual ad network that only uses text advertisements but by the end of Quarter 3 the release of their rich media advertisements will be available for all. It is in a limited beta and we just being accepted are not in that beta but even if it is released we will be careful of our advertisements and continue to test the locations that best fit you the readers to make sure you would be content with them.

Media.net allows us to place advertisements in our content that blend far better than Adsense and they even allow mobile advertisements. Meaning we could have a floating mobile advertisement but after experimenting with my friends they did not like it and preferred the follow and share buttons we have there currently so I left it the way it is.

This is a new chapter in our website and many changes are coming and we are glad to have the opportunity to work with not just one but the big three tech giants.

  1. If you're looking for a good contextual ad company, I recommend you have a look at Clicksor.
